Network Pharmacology-Based Systematic Analysis and Molecular Mechanisms of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Banxia Xiexin decoction, a traditional herbal mixture, has been widely used for chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical practice China. However, research on the bioactive components and underlying mechanisms of decoction is still scarce. Components corresponding targets were collected from Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database analysis platform. The chemical structures each component obtained PubChem. Meanwhile, DrugBank Online Mendelian Inheritance Man. Then, herb-compound-target-disease network protein-protein interaction constructed based data above. Cytoscape centrality was utilized to filter hub genes VarElect analyze relationship between diseases. At last, Metascape employed systematic potential herbals against AutoDock applied molecular docking verify results. A total 214 screened as active there 21 shared gastritis. Two function modules found network. Further explained mechanism treatment gastritis; verified interactions. could be through including complex interactions related targets, predicted by docking. This work confirmed that apply promoted explanation mechanisms.
